Taxi and Chauffeur Vehicle Industry Review - Public Survey

Since June this year, the Review Panel undertaking the comprehensive review of the taxi and chauffeur vehicle industries have been meeting with a number of stakeholders and industry representatives.

An online public survey has now been prepared to gain the views and opinions of customers, commuters, and the general public.

The survey will run for the next 6 weeks, to gauge how satisfied commuters are with the current level of service, and most importantly; what they expect and would like to see from a modern, innovative transport industry.
